## Geografische Lage

**Der Staat San Andreas ersetzt Kalifornien.** Das bedeutet, dass San Andreas im Kern einen gleichen Aufbau wie Kalifornien hat und es **keine Charaktere geben kann, die aus Kalifornien kommen.**

## Regierung

Der Regierungssitz von San Andreas ist nicht näher spezifiziert, da es in der Lore keinen Hinweis darauf gibt. Tatsache ist, dass die Regierung ihren Sitz nicht auf der Insel hat.

Wahlen zum Gouverneur werden in San Andreas alle vier Jahre abgehalten.
